Protect Libya from fascists NATO
Treatment of Soviet officers to leadership and the citizens of Russia, other States fraternal Soviet peoples.
Soviet officers loyal to Preecethe witch working people, appeal to the President, Prime Minister, members of the Federation Council and State Duma deputies, all citizens of the brotherly peoples in connection with the continuing aggression by the United States, England, France, Italy and other countries of NATO against the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
Defying all human laws and norms of international law, United States-NATO troops carry out armed intervention in the Affairs of a sovereign State whose people led by Muammar al-Gaddafi builds socialism. And also favoured the establishment of the United States of Africa with its financial system and a common currency, which will allow African peoples to free themselves from the neo-colonial oppression and to decide their own destiny.
This is contrary to the United States and their satellites imperialist globalization and the establishment of a new world order American.
And therefore, under the cover of the UN Security Council resolution No. 1973, aggressors, using their agents of influence and enemies of the working people, provoked a civil war in Libya, a cluster bomb and missile strikes kill civilians, the destruction of health facilities, the civil administration and of life. United States-NATO does not hide that their main objective was the physical destruction of Libya's and faithful Patriot, son of the Libyan people Muammar Al-Qadhafi to the occupation of territory, seizure of its oil wealth and the transformation of the Libyan people in colonial slaves. It is a modern fascism and provocation of World War II.
We deplore the policy in relation to events surrounding the Libyan leadership of Russia. It does not hinder the adoption of UN Security Council resolution No. criminal 1793, soglašatel′skuű position with the aggressors, and in fact, make friendly Russia the Libyan people and its recognized leader Muammar al-Gaddafi, is involved in the fašizacii international relations.
We, Soviet officers, partners, children and grandchildren generation winners of German fascism, know and remember how Soviet people saved the world from the brown plague, liberated peoples from colonial dependence, was guarding the peace on the planet. Labour and martial traditions of generations of builders and defenders of peace around the world do not allow us to stay away from the aggression of contemporary Fascists in uniform of NATO countries against Libya.
We defend the Libyan people and its leader, demand that the Russian leadership to take decisive measures to halt the bloodshed in Libya and the restoration of peace only by political means.
We call upon all fellow Soviet peoples to intensify actions to protect Libya and against countries-aggressors. During the elections of deputies of the State Duma and the President of the Russian Federation welcome all voters in Russia go to the polls and vote for the removal from power in a military aggression against Libya. Support those who advocate the restoration of Soviet power, socialism and the Union State as the main conditions prevent the resuscitation of fascism and the next world war.
